On the nose, cool aromas of chalk, white grapefruit, apricot stone, lemon zest, white flowers, apple blossom, artichoke and sage. On the palate, a firm structure and traction, the acidity balances with the creamy base, juicy, medium-bodied with a mineral savouriness and a salty note.
