Bright, light straw yellow. Elegant cool nuances on the nose with salty, flinty tones, white flowers, gooseberry, cassis and a slightly smoky aftertaste. Clear and fresh on the palate with a crisp body and fine texture initially and when developing but coherent, harmonious and long on the finish.
