Pale yellow, golden reflections. Ripe yellow peach fruit underlaid with precise botrytis spice, fine blossom honey, a hint of saffron. Elegant, well-integrated residual sugar, finesse-rich structure, very balanced, mineral and persistent, a great sweet wine.
