Tasting from 06.10.2023: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni

Delicate pale gold. Distinctly fruity on the nose with notes of ripe apple, some pear and citrus zest, subtle white flowers. Clearly sweet on the palate with a medium-fine mousse, notes of elderflower and lemon, medium-long finish.
