Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate ripe stone fruit, a hint of white nougat, some caramel, pineapple in the background. Complex, juicy, white pear fruit, taut acidity, mineral, salty-lemon finish, shows length, certain ageing potential, a multi-faceted food companion.
