Savoury aroma dominated by ripe fruit, apricot, Mirabelle plum, as well as hints of mint. Smooth flowing acidity on the palate, ripe and vibrant, pleasant fruit, papaya, mandarin, as well as savoury herbal tones, fine phenolics, densely woven and persistent. Already very enjoyable but worth laying down!
