Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate oak savouriness, chocolaty touch, dark berry fruit, blueberry, subtle hints of cassis. Good complexity, fresh and lively, black cherry, mineral aftertaste, lingers well, a multi-faceted food companion.
