Light green, silver reflections. Delicately floral, fresh herbal savouriness, a hint of grapefruit zest, mineral touch. Medium complexity, mineral texture, lemony nuances, finesse-rich acid structure, elegant, a finely savoury food companion, a hint of pink grapefruit in the aftertaste.
