Pale yellow. Delicate floral nuances, a hint of yellow apple, rather discreet bouquet, nuances of orange zest, delicate nutmeg. Juicy, delicately spicy, somewhat reminiscent of Traminer, fine rose and marshmallow notes, tightly woven and mineral, pleasant acid structure, lemony touch on the finish, a versatile food companion, but can also be used as an aperitif.
