Clear yellow grey, green nuances. Opens on the nose with finely drawn notes of chamomile, some pear, plus honeydew melon and mountain herbs. Beautiful playfulness on the palate, accentuated salty components give complexity, juicy, yellow flowers and fresh citrus notes on the finish.
