Bright yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicately savoury peach fruit, nuances of saffron, subtle tangerine zest and a touch of blossom honey. The palate is medium-bodied with fresh acidity, notes of white tropical fruit delicately reminiscent of lychee with a touch of lime on the long, finely fruited, saline-mineral finish. Has the potential for ageing.
