Intense bouquet with concentrated dark fruit. Notes of plum confit and confit wild berries. Subtle roasted notes with mocha and caramel as well as roasted chilli bell peppers. Fresh on the palate with straightforward acidity, wild berry fruit and spicy nuances on the long finish. Slightly noticeable tannin.
