Tasting Notes
Fresh fruity black cherry, then also herbs and garrigue, rather closed, full and supple on the palate with a large amount of crumbly tannin, very salty with restrained acidity. Good length, an original wine that conveys a sense of heat and dryness. Long mild plateau phase, but no sweetness. Exciting and very independent.
