The red wine Monolithe, vintage 2019 from the winery Château La Fleur d'Arthus has been rated in 2020 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region St. Emilion in France.
Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, discreet ochre rim. Black berry fruit layered under a hint of mint, dark cherries, candied orange zest, some nougat. Juicy, fresh cherries, integrated tannins, lively structure, mineral and long lasting, anything but monolithic, a stimulating food wine.
