Tasting from 11.06.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Clear, dark berry fruit with notes of blueberries and blackberries, plus a fine spiciness with aromas of nutmeg and cloves. Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced on the palate. Fine but still vivid tannins. A typical example of its kind that can definitely grow-up.
