Pale golden yellow; delicate, engaging bouquet, ripe fruit, a hint of honey, baked apple; soft attack on the palate, full-bodied, mild acidity, high in alcohol, again honey nuances; long, soft, almost slightly sweet finish. Mature, opulent Epesses.
