Brilliant green yellow with sparkling reflections and persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of crisp Granny Smith apple, pineapple and fine meadow herbs. On the palate, it is decidedly fruity with notes of candied mandarin zest, expanding harmoniously and ending with spicy cinnamon tones.
