Tasting from 14.03.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, shimmering ruby red. Initially closed on the nose, reductive, slowly opens up on ripe cherries and fresh figs. Fresh and fruity on the palate, very clear, lively, bold in acidity and salt, then slightly drying on the finish.
