Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtly brightening rim. Initially fine stony-earthy notes on the nose, some mint and blood orange, sour cherries on the finish. On the palate with grippy, somewhat wide-meshed tannins, dark cherry fruit, not completely clean, has character throughout, remains slightly persistent.
