Bright light gold. Fumé and cold smoke on the nose, delicate yeasty notes, lemon zest and almond, meadow herbs on the finish. Delicately polished on the palate with a compact core, shows racy acidity with a salty undertone, spans a fine arc, somewhat drying on the finish.
