Deep dark ruby red with opaque core. On the nose pickled cherry, ripe plum, dark chocolate, plus a touch of nougat, grated wild berries, delicate sealing wax. The palate is very dense with a creamy texture, almost oily, currently still with a lot of tannin, becomes slightly loosely knit in the finish and remains drying overall.
