Youthful appearance, pale yellow, green hints, silver reflections. On the nose, ripe yellow pear, a touch of papaya and blossom honey, herbal savouriness and background notes of orange zest. Taut on the palate, nuances of white apple, lively acidity and a lemony-salty finish. Light on its feet, gracefully aged and still providing some drinking pleasure. A good example of maturity and ageing potential of this variety, even in the dry style.
