Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Dark heart cherries underlaid with some herbal spice, ripe wild berry confit, somewhat tobacco-like. Juicy, elegant, well-integrated tannin structure, fresh, dark berry fruit on the finish, mineral-salty aftertaste, good food companion.
