Deep salmon pink, with copper and orange reflections. Aromas of red fruits of the forest confit, a hint of strawberry ice cream, candied zest, redcurrants and some herbal savouriness. Taut, with good complexity, white fruit of apple and red berries on the finish. Mineral, a balanced food companion.
