Tasting from 01.01.2022: Gabriel Stone

Watery pale colour with a very restrained nose that at this stage in its development just reveals a sea breezy hint of lime. The palate is almost searingly dry with rapier acidity and lovely purity, both of which point to a promising future but at the moment are rather austere and uncompromising. Serious rather than charming.
