Plum and semi-bitter chocolate, menthol, sage, dried undergrowth, a rather complex nose. Supple base, mealy, powerful tannins, ripe acidity, compact and dense, with good freshness, a hint of wood emphasises the fruit on the finish. Juicy, exciting red wine.
