Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate rim brightening. Leafy nose, strong aromas of fresh herbs, a hint of kitchen vegetables, dark berries in the background. Full-bodied, sweet black berry confit, some honey, fine tannins, fresh and animating to drink, chocolaty finish, good length, has some ageing potential, Valrhona in the aftertaste.
