Tasting from 16.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with silver shimmer. Fragrant nose, lots of elderflower, some apple and pears and a hint of herbal candy. The palate is straight and clear, juicy, discreetly salty with a well-integrated acidity, medium-long finish.
