Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, shiny ruby red. Rich plums, vegetable soup and liquorice on the nose, with a noticeable alcohol aftertaste. Juicy on the palate with superficial acidity, taut tension and slightly harsh tannins, the second part puts a lot of pressure on the palate, slightly salty, long finish.
