It has a brilliant ruby red colour. There are aromas of fresh sour cherry, plum juice, and liquorice, with fine spicy notes on the finish. On the palate it displays lovely sweet fruit, compactness, a rich texture, unfolding beautifully, and hearty tannins and juiciness accompany the long finish.
