The red wine Tìcche Rosso Toscana IGT, vintage 2017 from the winery Le Forconate has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Very intense, dark ruby red with a delicate, brightening rim. Very open and accessible on the nose, appears fresh and has aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberry, light rose. A crisp finish with a bold acidity, still a little young, noticeable wood tannin, but well balanced overall, has certain ageing potential.
