Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Strong ruby, ochre reflections. Broader edge brightening. Ripe forest berries with dark minerality in the background, delicate blackberry confit, subtle herbal savouriness. Juicy, ripe plum, round tannins, subtle sweetness on the finish, a hint of umami, dries the palate well, an individual food companion with good length.
