Tasting from 31.10.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red colour. Reminiscent of pine nuts and wet stone on the nose, with subtle hints of cheese rind and red berries. Plenty of tannin on the palate, which, unfortunately, turns out to be very tannic on the finish, still needs time.
