The prosecco Prosecco Frizzante Spago DOC Dry from the winery Le Rive has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright, brilliant straw yellow with persistent mousse. Delicate nose of ripe grapefruit, a little shy. The mousse spreads decisively on the palate, emphasised fruit with lots of juice, appears very dry, fun.
