The prosecco Ripido Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut from the winery Le Volpere has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with bright reflections. Aromas of tropical fruits, star fruit, apricots, with fine floral notes. Then on the palate a biting mousse and sharp acidity, remains aggressive, still needs to settle, would have good prerequisites for ageing.
