Medium yellow, silver reflections. Nuances of candied grapefruit zest, a hint of peach and blossom honey, mineral notes. Juicy, elegant texture, tightly structured, lemony nuances, fresh vineyard peach on the finish, a versatile food companion, dark minerality in the aftertaste. (Currently in the VK 2007 vintage)
