Bright, light golden yellow in colour. Fruity nose of juicy Kaiser pear and yellow apple, with herbal notes and a hint of limestone on the finish. Bright and clear on the palate, with a juicy fruit centre and steely acidity, right through to the lingering, slightly fruity finish.
