Cocoa bean, plum, soft attack, juicy fruit, sufficient albeit mild acidity, grippy tannin of good maturity, but also not too soft, almost sweetish in the middle of the palate, powerful base. Vinified by Mariela Molinari, a winemaker with Argentinian roots - therefore a Malbec-Syrah cuvée not suitable for the AOC.
