A classic Sauvignon Blanc with flavours of gooseberry, lime, grapefruit, mint and citrus zest. Fresh, fruity and with a light body, it is accessible and uncomplicated. The subtle bitter note on the finish provides a charming counterpoint. Well made - a pleasant all-rounder for many occasions.
