Medium yellow green colour with silver reflections. Delicately reductive, notes of fresh citrus zest, nuances of white stone fruits, a touch of dark minerality, "Alsatian" savouriness. Complex, dense texture, fine notes of white fruits, saline nuances, well-integrated acidity, taut and persistent, shows very good length, good ageing potential, fluid terroir.
