Hints of forest floor and freshly turned earth colour the strawberry fruit on the nose, a minty touch gives this real lift. The palate has fine spice and lovely depth, despite its translucency and grace there is a concentrated core full of red fruit and fine white pepper spice. The finish is long, fresh and gentle.
