Medium orange gold, copper reflections. Ripe quince, yellow tropical fruit, delicate blossom honey, candied orange zest. Deep, complex, subtle fruit expression, wrapped in taut minerality, a touch of honey, delicately chalky finish, lingers with white pepper on the finish, some nougat on the back palate.
