The sparkling wine Alta Langa Riserva DOCG Pas Dosé, vintage 2017 from the winery LHV Avezza has been rated in 2025 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Nero, Chardonnay from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Intense, bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Oxidative style on the nose, walnuts, resin, even some chestnut honey, citrus. On the palate with effervescent mousse, very dry, with well-integrated fruit, unfortunately remains somewhat tannic and sticky on the finish.
