Tasting from 07.10.2022: Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl

Dark ruby garnet colour with deep core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Fine woody savouriness, subtle nuances of cardamom, fine dark berries, some cloves, cool, mineral style. Taut, elegant, light notes of black cherries and blueberries, some dark nougat, fine sweetness, some vanilla on the finish, already accessible, with good ageing potential, will continue to develop.
