Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 18.04.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Elegant, restrained bouquet with notes of ripe pome fruit and citrus. Herbal and savoury notes and a fine roasted aroma. Taut on the palate, with supporting acidity and a rather austere, straightforward aroma. Slight grip, smoky notes and a salty impression on the long finish.
