Light golden yellow, silver reflections, persistent, integrated mousse. Notes of lime zest underlaid with fresh cherry, some gooseberry jelly and sweet spices. Taut and elegant with fine white stone fruit, a hint of red berries, lively structure and very precise. A multi-faceted food wine.
