Bright, pronounced golden yellow. Herbal bouquet at first, then notes of orange peel, apple strudel and honey. Fruity and on the palate, with taut acidity and a slight phenolic residue.
More about the tastingMedium straw yellow. Somewhat restrained first nose, yellow fruit with light herbal savouriness. Slight bitterness on the palate, somewhat salty and drying. Medium palate drive and a lingering finish. A good accompaniment to fish!
