Bright, pronounced golden yellow. Herbal bouquet at first, then notes of orange peel, apple strudel and honey. Fruity and on the palate, with taut acidity and a slight phenolic residue.

Medium straw yellow. Somewhat restrained first nose, yellow fruit with light herbal savouriness. Slight bitterness on the palate, somewhat salty and drying. Medium palate drive and a lingering finish. A good accompaniment to fish!
