Light pink. Rather subtle on the nose with notes of light berries, pome fruit and citrus zest, yeasty nuances in the background. Surprisingly deep on the palate with a medium-fine mousse, noticeable but appropriate dosage and ripe acidity. Finishes on berryish notes.
