Medium lemon yellow. A playful, light and fresh bouquet with hints of beeswax, quince jelly, orange, and mint. Quite elegant on the palate, it is somewhat sharp but with juicy acidity, and good freshness, and it finishes with ripe notes. It is an honest and uncomplicated wine, and is a rather modern example from the completer grape.
