Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Intense bouquet with notes of wild berryish confit, dried plum and sour cherry. Presence of roasted aromas with caramel and smoky notes. Amazingly elegant on the palate, with soft acidity and concentrated stewed fruit. Aroma of red berries and cherry as well as spicy hints. Fine-grained, ripe tannin, long finish.
